About the Role -
Designation – Techno-Functional Analyst
Experience – 4 to 5 years.
Location – Bidadi, Bangalore
Mode of working – Work from Office only

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather necessary information.
Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to visualize and communicate findings.
Solution Design: Work with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions that address business needs. Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.
Change Management: Review - Requirement, Impact, effort estimation, test cases
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts. Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and propose solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Documentation & Knowledge Mgmt. : Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories & ensure all artifacts are accessible and up to date.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Required Skills

4 to 5 Plus years of experience in a Techno Functional role within the IT industry.
Hands-on experience in the area of Java and oracle/SQL, APIs
Experience in handling team and projects
Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
Experience working with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
