About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Associate to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for building relationships, exploring new opportunities, and driving business growth. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, and help create meaningful opportunities for collaboration. Key Responsibilities:Opportunity Outreach: Connect with prospective clients through outreach activities, introducing them to our products and generating interest in potential collaborations.Opportunity Qualification: Understand client needs and challenges to identify where our solutions can create the most impact.Engagement: Nurture prospects who express interest, ensuring consistent follow-ups and helping them progress through the engagement journey.Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to share insights, pass on qualified opportunities, and ensure a smooth handover for deeper engagement.Performance Goals: Achieve and exceed outreach and engagement milestones, including virtual meetings scheduled and qualified opportunities generated.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of work experience in client outreach or a related role.
