Key Responsibilities:To drive revenue growth, identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to higher-value telecom plans, premium features, or advanced solutions that meet their evolving needs.Promote complementary telecom services such as data packages, cloud solutions, VoIP, and managed services to existing customers.To build trust through proactive communication, understand client requirements, and offer tailored solutions that add value.Monitor customer usage patterns and industry trends to design targeted offers and campaigns for upselling and cross-selling.Collaborate closely with operations, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of upgraded or additional services.Measure success through KPIs such as revenue growth, customer retention, and conversion rates for upsell/cross-sell initiatives.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Proven track record in sales and business developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and customer needsFamiliarity with telecom services and productsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTeam player with a collaborative mindsetAbout the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
