Job Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube for eCommerce/D2C brands.Main Responsibilities:‣ Manage Google Ads performance for 6–8 D2C brands‣ Plan, launch, optimize & scale Search, Shopping, PMAX, and YouTube campaigns‣ Optimize for return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion volume & new customer rate‣ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience mapping‣ Set up and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Merchant Center feeds, and conversion tracking‣ Improve campaign performance by collaborating with creative & landing page teams‣ Monitor daily performance and proactively diagnose drops using a structured framework‣ Create clear reports & insights for internal and client-facing discussions‣ Contribute to strategy calls and client meetings when requiredRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldProven experience in digital advertising, preferably in Google AdsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and ExcelStrong communication and teamwork skillsBenefits:Full-time remote work opportunityCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of D2C brandsAbout the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
