You will be responsible for designing and maintaining company brand identity, developing visual assets for email campaigns and product listings, and working closely with developers to ensure accurate execution of UI/UX designs.Main Responsibilities:Design and maintain company brand identity including logo variations, color palette, typography, and style guidelinesDevelop visual assets for email campaigns, newsletters, and product listingsWork closely with developers to ensure accurate execution of UI/UX designsConduct design research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trendsCreate design systems, style guides, and reusable UI componentsSuggest creative improvements and innovative ideas in ongoing projectsAssist in managing website updates and content uploads (WordPress/Shopify preferred)You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets, create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media, and maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.This role requires a deep understanding of color and typography for the web, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects. You should also have a learning mindset and willingness to explore new tools.The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle multiple design tasks simultaneously, maintain clarity in file organization and naming conventions, and be open to feedback and able to revise designs when required.
