Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM professional to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role requires strong knowledge of HR business processes and experience in collaborating with stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.Conduct thorough functional testing, prepare comprehensive test scripts, and provide UAT support.Offer post-go-live support, handle change requests, and create/maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.Collaborate with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.Evaluate compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK).Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong understanding of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.Knowledge of HR processes and policies.Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is beneficial.Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly valued.
