Job TitleOracle Fusion Applications AdministratorThis is a highly specialized role that involves ensuring the technical support of Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, external applications, and other systems.Implementation: Configure, deploy, and maintain Oracle Fusion Applications in a cloud-based environment.Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all Oracle Fusion Applications modules.System Security: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect Oracle Fusion Applications from unauthorized access.Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including software updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.Enhancements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new features.Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to Oracle Fusion Applications implementation, configuration, and enhancement.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Oracle Fusion Applications Administrator, you will be responsible for:Developing tailored security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access to Oracle Fusion Applications.Conducting analyses to optimize Oracle license counts and reduce costs.Creating and managing Oracle service requests to ensure timely resolution of issues.Collaborating with IT Enterprise teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.Assessing current system utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with Oracle Fusion Applications. They should also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams.
