Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned HCM professional to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations. As an Oracle Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of our clients.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting. Strong knowledge of integration architecture and experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher is also required.This role involves collaborating with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals, providing guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution, and conducting system health checks to recommend optimizations.Mandatory Skills:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrations.Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.Preferred Skills:Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCI.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
