Job Description: Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: On-site, Saket, New Delhi

Type: Full-time

Please note Immediate Joinner will be preferred


Key Responsibilities:


Website Design & Development Support

  • Design visually appealing, user-friendly webpages, landing pages, and banners
  • aligned with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI designers to enhance website aesthetics
  • and improve the user journey.
  • Optimize design elements for speed and responsiveness across devices.


Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Edit promotional videos, product demos, and explainer videos to support marketing
  • campaigns.
  • Develop short-form videos and GIFs for social media and advertising.
  • Integrate animations and motion graphics to elevate visual storytelling.


Branding & Collateral

  • Design marketing collateral, including brochures, eBooks, whitepapers, and
  • presentations.
  • Create branded assets such as email templates, banners, and promotional graphics
  • for campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all design outputs.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project
  • needs and translate them into creative visuals.
  • Brainstorm with stakeholders to bring new design ideas for campaigns and product
  • launches.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or a technology company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including websites, social media, and video
  • content.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere
  • Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and basic understanding of
  • UX/UI principles.
  • Experience in video editing and knowledge of creating motion graphics.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing trends and experience designing for professional
  • audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
