Facility Management ProfessionalAbout the Role:As a seasoned Facility Management Professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, prioritizing facilities' needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative functions, security protocols, and facility services are in place.Key Responsibilities:Manage supplies, maintain adequate stocks and materials, and handle supply and service contracts as approved by stakeholders.Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans.Conduct routine site rounds, inspections of critical areas, track tickets and closure within SLA, manage inventory and store management, update checklists, and maintain upkeep of the facility.Coordinate with the LL team, Site FM team, and M&E teams, manage technical equipment data sheets, provide data and reports to stakeholders, and check logbooks and checklists.Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
