About the Role We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and shape HR operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with a passion for people, processes, and creating a positive work environment. You will drive HR strategy and operations, manage payroll, foster employee engagement, and build an organizational culture that attracts, retains, and motivates talent. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for workers, staff, and supervisor - Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring. - Handle payroll processing, including attendance validation, overtime calculation, salary disbursement, and coordination with accounts. - Implement and maintain HR processes, policies, and SOPs for the manufacturing unit. - Handle onboarding documentation, inductions, and joining formalities. - Maintain attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and HR databases accurately. - Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution. - Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and team-building activities. - Support statutory compliance, safety training, and labour law adherence. - Manage facility-related operations such as housekeeping, security, and administrative support. Qualifications - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. - 5-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing/factory settings. - A strategic thinker with the ability to implement processes and lead HR initiatives independently. - Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance systems, and HRMS tools. - A strong communicator and influencer with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. - Proactive, hands-on, and capable of building a positive and motivated workforce. - Strong problem-solving ability and a fair, balanced approach to employee matters.
