SummaryFor Consultant 2, GSCJob DescriptionWe're looking for a Business Analyst with deep experience in P&C insurance and a strong understanding of Guidewire Cloud integration technologies. You will play a key role in translating complex business needs into scalable solutions across InsuranceSuite applications.Key Responsibilities:Partner with insurance clients to gather and document business and system requirements related to ClaimCenter integrations.Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams working on Integration Gateway, App Events, Cloud API, Event Messaging, Batch Processes, and REST APIs.Act as a bridge between business and development teams to support design, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.Conduct workshops, interviews, and user story sessions to identify pain points, current workflows, and process gaps.Validate solution scope, assist in effort estimation, and support backlog grooming in Agile/Scrum environments.Collaborate with UX, QA, architects, and SI partners to ensure solutions align with both technical feasibility and business valuePrepare and deliver functional documents, demo scripts, and stakeholder updates.Provide input on solution design decisions and ensure business requirements are met through effective implementation.Required Skills & Experience:3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C insurance domain, particularly working on claims systems.Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
