Operating across 10+ markets in Asia, the US, and Europe with a team of over 500 experts, we are building privacy-first ad infrastructure that opens up opportunities beyond the walled gardens.Role: Sr. Manager, Marketing OperationsWork Location: Mumbai (Malad)Product: Across Affinity Products About Role:As a Senior Manager – Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for leading CRM system integrations, ensuring seamless adoption of HubSpot across teams, and supporting business units with robust data-driven reporting and attribution models. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.Roles & Responsibility:CRM System Management & Integration – Lead HubSpot implementation and ensure smooth integration with internal systems like Pipedrive. Oversee integration between Pipedrive and HubSpot for seamless data flow across business units.Attribution & Reporting – Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models, reports, and dashboards for data-driven decisions. Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support ROI measurement and decision-making.Stakeholder Enablement & Training – Train sales and marketing teams to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and translate them into CRM workflows. Act as the point of contact for HubSpot-related queries and provide ongoing guidance.Operations & Process Optimization – Streamline CRM workflows, automate processes, and enforce data hygiene standards. Continuously review and improve lead management, pipeline stages, and workflow automation. Identify bottlenecks in CRM processes and recommend process enhancements.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to align CRM with business needs. Support marketing campaigns by ensuring CRM workflows (email, lead scoring, workflows, customer journeys) are set up correctly. Collaborate with Finance and BI teams to integrate CRM data with business performance reporting systems.Governance, Compliance & Support – Ensure CRM operations follow compliance guidelines and maintain system reliability. Plan and oversee regular data backups and disaster recovery processes.Leadership & Strategic Impact – Drive the CRM roadmap, implement best practices, and mentor internal teams for long-term success.Required Skills:10+ years of proven experience in CRM migration and implementation (with strong expertise in HubSpot).Hands-on experience with at least one additional CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive) is an advantage.Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and multi-business ad network ecosystems.Expertise in integrating diverse internal systems with CRM platforms.Experience in training and supporting sales teams.
