Chief Business Growth Officer

About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business growth initiatives. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, streamlining operations, and fostering strategic partnerships.Your primary focus will be on developing and executing plans to increase business with non-banking financial company (NBFC) partners. This will involve delivering efficient resolutions to partner issues, creating annual operating plans to expand the business, and working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable features.You will also provide inputs on processes and presentations, manage lender partners, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders, including risk, product, legal, finance, and payments teams.Your responsibilities will include customer service, dispute resolution, reconciliation, and invoice management. Key metrics for monitoring include portfolio, operational, and financial metrics for partners. You will prepare and share reports on business performance, reconciliation, revenue, and other key indicators.This role requires a strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
