We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Tax Advisory team in Mergers & Acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax consulting and experience with M&A deals.The successful applicant will be responsible for structuring potential mergers and acquisitions, undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers and restructuring activities, as well as providing tax diligence services and advising on tax implications for the corporate in the mergers deal.Key responsibilities include:Structuring M&A deals to optimize tax efficiencyProviding tax due diligence services to identify potential tax risks and opportunitiesAdvising on tax implications of mergers and acquisitionsIn addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate should also have:Strong understanding of Direct Taxation and M&As in diverse industriesAt least 2 years post qualification experience in tax consultancy from a reputable firmSolid technical skills and ability to communicate complex tax concepts effectivelyWe offer a competitive salary package and a dynamic work environment that allows for growth and development.
