Job Title: Indirect Tax ManagerDescription:The role of an Indirect Tax Manager is to ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns. They must review GST reconciliations and address mismatches, monitor Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility and utilization, and oversee RCM compliance and related accounting.In addition, they provide tax advisory on business transactions, contracts, and inter/intra-state supplies. They analyse the impact of GST amendments, circulars, and notifications, evaluate implications of reverse charge, job work, e-invoicing, and e-way bill requirements, and audit & assessment management.This includes handling GST audits by internal, statutory, and departmental auditors, preparing and managing replies to notices, summons, and queries from tax authorities. They also coordinate with consultants and legal counsel for departmental litigation matters and process & system enhancement.The ideal candidate will have proficient Excel skills, a good understanding of GST, and experience in filing GST returns.
