Job Title: User Acquisition ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a high-performing User Acquisition Manager to lead our paid social advertising efforts for mobile games.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically across Meta, TikTok, and Snap. They will be responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of all paid social initiatives designed to acquire high-value players and scale our portfolio profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Strategy & Execution:Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap to drive scalable, high-quality user acquisition.Manage AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, retention metrics, and LTV-based optimization.Execute data-driven bidding, budgeting, and audience strategies to hit performance goals and reduce acquisition cost.Creative Testing & CollaborationBuild and Run Structured Creative Testing Frameworks:Create and execute hypothesis-driven creative testing frameworks — including test setup, learning agendas, and iteration cycles.Work closely with creative teams to brief concepts, manage production cycles, and ensure constant delivery of performance-ready creatives.Analyze creative results to identify winning themes, hooks, and gameplay elements that drive conversions.Analytics & Performance ManagementMonitor and Analyze Daily Performance Metrics:Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics, diagnosing fluctuations and identifying optimization opportunities.Build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Leverage MMP platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Singular to ensure accurate attribution and post-iOS14+ data interpretation.
