The role also includes light social media activity like posting product photos and replying to customer messages. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and maintain consistent communication. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through clear product explanation and trust-building. Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Post basic product updates and respond to messages on social media when required. Requirements: Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand customer needs and close sales. Basic knowledge of social media apps (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling is preferred but not mandatory. Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary of ₹10,000/month. 1% commission on every sale — high earning potential for consistent performers.
