We will review your application and revert back if it matches the required criteria.Role : Senior Delivery ManagerExperience : 17+ yearsLocation : BangaloreBrief about the role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager with a strong background in Life Sciences to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 17 years of experience, including at least 5 years in delivery management within Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of projects and services for key customers in the Life Sciences vertical.- Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations.- Manage delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvements to optimize delivery processes.- Handle TCV (Total Contract Value) of over $10 million.- Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with business goals and client requirements.- Technical background and a flair to keep up with the latest trends in technology, digital transformation would be key for this roleQualifications:- 17+ years of IT Industry experience.- Minimum 5+ years in a delivery management role.- Experience managing projects with a TCV of over $10 million.Key Skills:- Extensive delivery management experience, particularly in the Life Sciences sector.- Proven track record in Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent client relationship management abilities.- Ability to handle high-value contracts and ensure successful project outcomes.
