Lead Data ScientistWe are seeking a seasoned Data Science expert to spearhead end-to-end development of cutting-edge data science and machine learning solutions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS, possessing a deep understanding of data architecture design, model deployment, and monitoring.This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results using machine learning, experimentation, and advanced analytics on top of AWS data and ML services.About the RoleDefine problem statements, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop clear data science use cases and success metrics.Design and build robust data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions.Key ResponsibilitiesData & Feature Engineering: Develop scalable feature stores, reusable data assets for multiple ML use cases, ensure data quality, observability, and governance.Modeling & Analytics: Build, train, and optimize models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, personalization, segmentation, anomaly detection, etc.MLOps & Deployment: Productionize models using Amazon SageMaker, implement CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and alerting for model drift, data drift, and performance degradation.Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience in data science or applied machine learning roles.Strong proficiency in Python and ML/data libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow).Demonstrated experience building and deploying ML solutions on AWS.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists and engineers.Chance to develop and deploy innovative machine learning solutions.
