We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that solve complex business problems and drive strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.- Build predictive and prescriptive models using advanced machine learning techniques.- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable data pipelines and model deployment.- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to business challenges.Required Skills & Qualifications:- B.Tech/Masters in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.- 3-4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.- Strong proficiency in Python/R and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in deploying models in production environments.- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.- Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, and generative AI models.
