Requirements for the position: Past experience in a consulting or a related public sector role is an advantage Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 academic institution Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in data collection, analysis, and the ability to conduct both secondary and primary research swiftly extracting relevant information and summarizing key findings Excellent verbal communication skills, clear, structured writing and presentation skills suitable for both technical and nontechnical audiences, including senior level and government stakeholders Curious, proactive, and capable of designing solutions from first principles High professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders with tact and efficiency Strong command of project management tools, MS Office Suite and Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and data analysis software. Willingness to work, stay and travel in Hyderabad
