Job Summary:

We are looking for an AR Calling Associate to join our US Healthcare team . The role involves ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and effective denial management. If you have experience in AR follow-up, and revenue cycle management (RCM), wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate billing and timely reimbursement for patients.
  • Monitor late payments, investigate denied claims, and work on appeals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Record and analyse payment trends to support process improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate Degree.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in AR Calling .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with high attention to detail.
