Job Title: Executive Training & DeliveryJob Location: Vadodara (onsite)Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM IST (US Shift)Working days: 5 days (Monday Friday)The Executive for Training and Delivery Team will be responsible for facilitating end to end training and delivering training programs for new and existing Clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, good analytical & technical skills, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for training and development.Responsibilities include:Training kick offTrack, and maintain information for Training leads in training request portalIdentify the right trainers (internal or external) for various technologies and DomainsExplore online training sites/ create a repository that add value to our existing programsShould be technically sound who can help designing the trainingBe ready with all the internal financial approvals as wellTraining DeliveryInteracting with Facilities for Training readiness in delivery locations.Manage training schedules and calendars.Setup and maintain Training Labs (installation / re-imagining of operating systems & software)Collect, Organize, and upload educational aids and materials in Learning Management System (LMS).Record, monitor, and upload training recording to LMSTraining Quality and ImpactMonitor program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact of training and regularly report the outcome to the program lead and business.Monitor overall health of training delivery esp. quality, engagement of students in class, assessment outcomes etc.Collecting Feedbacks from Participants after the completion of training and share with the concerned department.Providing the required materials and Certification post completion of the trainingDriving completion of the learning plans assigned to the participants.Keep up to date with new training techniques and technologies to ensure training programs remain relevant and effectiveConduct training sessions for new and existing employeesManage and supervise a team of trainers and delivery experts to ensure they meet training and delivery objectivesEnsure that all delivery processes and procedures are followed by team members to ensure high-quality service to customersRequirements:Experience: 0 to 3 years (Preferably BCA/MCA/B.Tech (CES OR IT))Understands the training industry well.Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the team's training and delivery capabilities, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.Managing client relationships, including communicating with clients to understand their training needs and expectations, and ensuring that these are met or exceeded.Collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment and consistency across all training and delivery programs.Dynamic individual who enjoys taking ownership and doing continuous improvements in our delivery modeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsHave a broad understanding of IT with a passion to learn.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Skills in MS Excel, MS word, Job portalsExperience in delivering training programs will be an add-on
