About the JobWe are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven specialist to oversee and scale key digital advertising accounts.This is not simply a media buying role—it is a long-term ownership position focused on strategic account leadership, performance optimization, client retention, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Advertising Account Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for assigned advertising clients, build deep relationships with stakeholders, and gain an expert-level understanding of each client's goals and product.Performance Strategy & OptimizationDevelop and refine advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.Conduct extensive keyword research, audience mapping, and funnel planning.Implement rigorous testing frameworks.Client Retention, Upsell & Account ExpansionMaintain high satisfaction through consistent performance delivery and strategic guidance.Identify opportunities to increase budget, expand channels, or activate new campaign types.Provide strategic roadmaps for short-term wins and long-term brand growth.Required Skills & Qualifications:3–7 years of experience managing advertising accounts, with specialization in Google Ads & Meta Ads.Proven ability to manage multiple mid-to-large budget accounts simultaneously.Deep understanding of digital advertising principles: targeting, attribution, bidding, funnel planning, and CRO.Advanced proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data dashboards.
