We Are Hiring: Senior Specialist – Digital Marketing Executive

Are you a results‑driven digital marketing expert with advanced skills in Meta Ads and Google Ads? Do you excel in performance marketing, lead generation, and data‑driven campaign optimization? If yes, we want you on our team

First Medical Center is expanding its marketing department and looking for a Senior Specialist Digital Marketing Executive who can take full ownership of paid advertising, analytics, and digital strategy to help scale our brand across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize high‑performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI, lead volume, and conversion quality.
  • Develop and implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Track daily performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and refine campaigns accordingly.
  • Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page recommendations to enhance conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, packages, seasonal offers, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure ads comply with healthcare advertising policies and platform guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of running high‑budget campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience in the healthcare or aesthetic medical industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and strategic planning skills.
