Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–5 Years in Oracle HCM Functional Consulting

Location: Bangalore or Ahmedabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 30days only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and drive the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM processes, technical tools, and customization frameworks, with a proven ability to align business requirements with Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support & Enhancements: Configure, implement, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Learning Cloud, Talent Management, Absence Management.

  • Data Management: Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) for bulk data uploads and management.
  • Customization: Perform page customizations using HCM Design Studio, develop Document of Records (DOR) and customize workflows based on client requirements.
  • Reports & Analytics: Design and deliver OTBI reports to meet business intelligence needs.
  • System Configuration: Configure roles, security profiles, sandbox personalization, and custom value sets to meet organizational needs.
  • Approval Management: Set up and maintain approval processes for workforce structures and related modules.
  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit and regression testing, cross-browser testing, and oversee patch release cycles.
  • User Support & Training: Provide end-user training and support for Core HR, Recruiting, and other modules, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities. Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve system issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is must
  • Certifications in Oracle HCM modules or relevant tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with global implementation projects and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on involvement in diverse projects across multiple industries.
