Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS/Cloud/Fusion HRMS consultant with expertise in the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of both technical and functional skills, enabling them to lead the implementation, customization, and support of the OTL module within Oracle EBS, Cloud, or Fusion environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation & Configuration:
  2. Lead the full-cycle implementation of the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  3. Configure OTL solutions to meet client business needs while ensuring seamless integration with other HRMS modules such as Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.
  4. Technical Development:
  5. Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions using Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  6. Work with technical teams to create and modify Oracle Workflow, Alerts, and Personalizations specific to OTL.
  7. Develop custom solutions using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Fusion Middleware as needed.
  8. Business Process Analysis:
  9. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  10. Provide recommendations for best practices and process improvements based on industry standards and Oracle's capabilities.
  11. Customization & Integration:
  12. Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle OTL and other third-party applications or legacy systems.
  13. Perform customization in OTL to meet specific client requirements, ensuring compliance with Oracle standards and best practices.
  14. Testing & Troubleshooting:
  15. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the OTL module meets business needs.
  16. Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues related to the OTL module, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  17. Post-Implementation Support:
  18. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the OTL module, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements.
  19. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed to ensure efficient operation.
  20. Documentation & Training:
  21. Create detailed documentation for both technical and functional aspects of the OTL module, including design documents, user manuals, and training guides.
  22. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and technical teams to ensure they can effectively utilize the OTL module.
  23. Project Management:
  24. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  25. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
