  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end users.
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of HCM solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and functionalities.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM are a plus.
