Looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Technical and Functional Consultants


Should be comfortable to work in Hybrid setting


Work Experience: 8 years ++


  • Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource - Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, OTL

Required Skills::

1. The candidate is expected to have 8 - 10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 7 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 4 should have been with HCM Cloud.

2. The candidate must have expert working experience Benefits/Payroll/Absence Management & OTL Functional Modules.

3. In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.

4. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.

5. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.

6. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager

7. Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.


  • Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant


Must have hands-on experience on the below Oracle delivered tools

o BI Publisher Reports

o OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

o HCM Data Loader

o Spreadsheet Loader

o HCM Extracts

o Fast Formulas

o Approval Workflows

· Experience with full cycle of Oracle Cloud Data Conversion with data transformation techniques across all HCM modules.

· Should have developed integrations using HDL (for inbound) and BIP & HCM Extracts (for outbound)

· Experience with interfaces/integrations using Web Services

· Proven experience in BI and OTBI development skills.

· Should have developed extracts across various HCM Cloud modules
