Job Title: Senior Non-IT Recruiter / Full Desk Business Development ManagerPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter / Full Desk BDM to lead end-to-end recruitment and business development efforts. This role requires a strong background in staffing for non-technical roles across industries such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, healthcare admin, corporate services, and professional services. The ideal candidate is a highly driven recruiter who excels in sourcing talent, managing client relationships, and closing deals independently.Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for non-IT rolesBuild and manage strong candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean sourcingConduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure skill, culture, and career fitNegotiate offers, compensation, and start dates with candidatesBusiness DevelopmentDevelop new client relationships and expand business with existing clientsIdentify hiring needs and offer staffing solutions to key industry clientsConduct intake meetings, gather job requirements, and provide candidate market insightPresent qualified candidates and manage client expectationsClient & Account ManagementServe as primary point of contact for client hiring needsMaintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makersManage job orders, submit candidates, schedule interviews, and handle feedback loopMeet monthly performance targets in both recruitment and business developmentOperational ExcellenceTrack KPIs and pipeline activity to meet weekly & monthly goalsStay updated on non-IT market trends, talent availability, and competitor analysisRequired Experience & Skills4+ years of non-IT full-desk recruiting experience (agency staffing required)Proven success in recruiting for roles such as: skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, sales, finance, logistics, admin, engineering, field services, etc.Strong business development and client-acquisition track recordAdvanced Boolean search and sourcing techniquesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environmentStrong professional network and established candidate database
