The role involves collaborating with anesthesia teams, providing perioperative care, and performing ICU procedures as needed.Collaborate with senior anesthesiologists in delivering anesthesia for Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and other surgical specialties.Prepare patients for anesthesia and ensure proper monitoring during surgical procedures.Support intraoperative and postoperative patient management, adhering to established protocols.Oversee ICU patients and perform required procedures such as airway management, central lines, arterial lines, etc.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Coordinate with surgical teams, nursing staff, and ICU personnel for efficient workflow.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and ICU procedures, excellent clinical judgement and decision-making skills, ability to work effectively under senior supervision, and exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
