This role involves crafting high-quality documentation that supports digital learning products, including instructional materials, user manuals, technical guides, and process documentation. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and learner-friendly.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain technical documentation for eLearning platforms, tools, and modulesDevelop user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and help documentation tailored to diverse learner profilesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate it into clear, structured contentEnsure consistency in tone, formatting, and terminology across all documentationApply instructional design principles to enhance clarity and engagementReview and update content based on feedback, product updates, and usability testingUse authoring tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MS Word) and content management systemsEnsure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and eLearning specifications (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Technical Writing 2–5 years of experience in technical writing.Strong command of written English and ability to simplify complex informationProficiency in documentation and graphic tools (e.g., Snagit, Visio, Canva)Excellent research, organizational, and time-management skillsInterested candidates can share your updated CV to dijilin.d@novactech.in
