Compliance ExpertMaintaining regulatory compliance is a top priority for our organization. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Expert to join our team.Ensure all business units comply with relevant laws and regulations in India, focusing on maintaining registration and licenses.Provide expert support to our business units in managing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters, implementing effective controls over these processes.Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure our business operations align with regulatory requirements, identifying and resolving compliance risks in a timely manner.Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely regulatory communications and enforcing best market practices within our crypto business activities.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services sector.Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, business administration, or finance.Proven expertise in Indian regulatory frameworks, with hands-on experience in KYC/AML implementation, regulatory reporting, and compliance risk management.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
