Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.Lead the creation and delivery of compelling fundraising materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and investment memos.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors to secure capital commitments.
Investor Relations: Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on fund performance and portfolio companies.Organize and coordinate investor meetings, events, and communication initiatives.Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
Brand Building and Networking: Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and investor forums.Build and maintain a robust network within the venture capital and investment community.Enhance existing and build new relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Promoters of listed entities in India, CEOs & CFOs, senior management employees, business and SME owners.

The Successful Applicant

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in private banking/wealth managementProven track record of working with HNIs and family offices, successfully raising capital.
Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders and investors.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on fundraising opportunities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
