Registration of RERA Projects.2.Drafting and vetting of RERA agreements for sale and other documents/form relating to project registration under RERA, ensuring them to be compliant of all related provisions of applicable laws. Knowledge about latest updates on RERA and its implications/applicability/updates/law/documents/model formats of agreement under RERA etc.3.Handling litigations as and when required includes follow up with the advocate on record, attending conferences with advocates and/or counsels, research, and incidental drafting.4.Collaborate with internal teams like Business Development & Liaison, Sales, Marketing, CRM, HR, Finance & Accounts and other departments to provide guidance on general tasks.5.Handling Research Work.6.Generate a knowledge repository for updates on laws, regulations, ordinances, and bye- laws relating to real estate industry and make the same available to the team.7.Carry out other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.QualificationsL.
