Investment OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Senior Investment Professional to join our team in emerging markets across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. This role involves transaction execution and structuring, investor engagement and fundraising, financial analysis and modeling, client advisory and portfolio support, and leadership and knowledge development.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed financial due diligence and build complex financial models for equity, debt, and blended finance transactions.Lead financial structuring for transactions including project finance, growth equity, and M&A.Evaluate and execute fundraising strategies for companies and projects, including sourcing and engaging with investors.Work with founders and management teams to optimize capital structures and prepare data rooms.Manage relationships with clients, investors, lenders, and co-advisors across the full deal lifecycle.Conduct market, sector, and regulatory analysis across assigned industries and geographies to identify emerging investment opportunities.Assess investment readiness and advise startups, corporates, and project developers on improving bankability.Required Qualifications and ExperienceA bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of relevant experience in investment banking, operational roles, private equity, venture capital, project finance, or related fields.
