Job Overview:We are seeking a results-driven individual to manage our global network of freelancers and agencies. The ideal candidate will have excellent sourcing capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Evaluation:Identify top talent through various platforms and networksEvaluate expertise, domain fit, availability, and quality of work samplesVendor Onboarding & Management:Negotiate commercials and coordinate agreementsMaintain vendor schedules, share project briefs, and ensure adherence to standardsResource Allocation & Performance Tracking:Allocate resources based on project priorities and timelinesMonitor deliverables, feedback, and vendor performanceRequirements:Excellent sourcing capability and strong communication skillsHighly organized and tech-savvy (Excel, Google Workspace)Able to manage multiple profiles and deadlines simultaneouslyPreferred Experience:Recruitment or vendor management experience in eLearning, EdTech, or Healthcare BPOExperience managing freelancers and creative vendorsQualities We Value:Self-driven and proactiveStrong follow-up disciplineFast learner with process-oriented thinkingThis role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
