About the Role :

We’re seeking Customer Success Managers to propel Mercor’s growth by managing operations related to handling processes related to candidate support many of whom are active candidates working on projects with us and the ones who want to be able to


Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
  • Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Develop and implement department-wide quality control measures
  • Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Maintain communication with operations manager, wider operation team, and experts to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points
  • Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities


Qualifications :

  • Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
  • B.Tech. or B.E. (Computer Science or related fields)
  • Preferred candidates would have experience working in a top Operational Role at a startup environment


Core Skills :

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
