SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced project manager to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery of strategic HR initiatives.Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation strategies, while coordinating with cross-functional teams for configuration, integration, and testing.Foster open communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and methodologies.Oversee user training, UAT, change management, and post-go-live support activities, guaranteeing seamless system adoption.Requirements & Qualifications:Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects, including Employee Central and Talent Modules.Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors module workflows, enabling effective project execution.Solid project management skills, encompassing scope, schedule, cost, and quality control.Experience with project tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.Exceptional communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, fostering a productive team environment.PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications (desired).
