Job Title : Executive / Senior Executive – CRM About the Role : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Retention Marketing professional based in Bangalore. We are looking for a CRM professional to join our fast-paced, data-driven team in a high-growth consumer tech/startup environment. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through campaign management and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities : Plan, Execute and Optimize multichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push) Use tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap to manage customer journeys. Improve campaign performance based on key metrics like CTR, CVR, and retention Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights from Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc. Maintain campaign hygiene, Data tracking and Customer segmentation Ideal Candidate : 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, Digital Marketing or Analytics Proficient with CRM tools, Excel and Data Dashboards Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS is a plus Strong communication, Logical reasoning and Problem-solving skills Start-up mindset – Agile, Analytical and Result-oriented Perks : Best salary structure in the market Rapid career growth opportunities Medical insurance Free lunch and snacks Regards Madhusudan B Email : madhusudan.b@nobroker.in
