Job Title: Senior Technical Support EngineerOverview:As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional support experiences.Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with expertise in multiple Atlassian products and a proven track record of providing high-quality support to large end-user communities.The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex technical details at an executive level, and possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced support and product expertise to large-scale customersPerform root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple Atlassian productsCommunicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details to customersCoach others on technical, soft skills, and behavioral interviewsAssist global teammates in resolving long-running tickets within areas of expertiseQualifications:8+ years of experience in Java support, software services, and system administration for large-scale environmentsProficiency in operating systems (e.g., Linux, OS X, Windows)Subject matter expert in multiple Atlassian productsAbility to communicate effectively with customers at an executive levelStrong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficientlyExperience working with enterprise customers and networksUnderstanding of application server technologies and SQL databases
