Check Investvidhi.com , our first B2C product. Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Sales and Customer Growth Leader who is energetic, driven by purpose, and confident in building human connections. If you love guiding people, talking about money with empathy, and converting meaningful conversations into action — this is for you.This is not hardcore cold-calling. It’s consultative selling — where you help professionals take control of their financial future through our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a GMT strategy, own it, and execute it.Managing organizational sales by developing strategic plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.Driving sales as an individual contributor, as a team lead as well as a manager.Establish & Manage Relationships / Engagement with the Clients.Oversight of team – organizes resources, sets goals, call out strategy from Executives and client on a day to day basis, reporting responsibilities Managing day to day Sales targets (B2C Sales)Build strong partnership with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth To be the Key contact for all problems and queries with specific business assigned.Engage with inbound leads (via webinar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and help them understand our offeringGuide prospects through our investing system, pricing plans, and onboarding processFollow up on dormant leads and re-engage cold prospects with empathy and insightWork with the founder and marketing team to refine messaging and user journeyCollaborate with the research team to stay updated on product evolution and insightsRequired Skills & TraitsStrong communication and active listening skills3-4 years of experience in Sales in the finance industry like working with broking, equity research, PMS firms.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
