Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing complete bookkeeping using any accounting software, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, accruals, and adjustments.Your primary focus will be on creating and managing international client export invoices and handling associated bank reconciliations. You will also track accruals, prepaids, adjustments, and ensure accurate monthly financial reporting.You will manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations. Additionally, you will handle TDS payments, GST returns, and Softex documentation as per IT/ITES compliance standards.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce and minimum 3 years of accounting experience in IT/ITES export-focused companies.Mandatory hands-on expertise in any accounting software (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation) is required. Strong experience in audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance activities is essential.A detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong documentation skills and the ability to work independently is desired.Key Responsibilities:Manage complete bookkeeping using any accounting software.Create and manage international client export invoices.Handle TDS payments, GST returns, and Softex documentation.Ensure accurate month-end and year-end financial closures.Work with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit cycles.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in IT/ITES export-focused companies.Mandatory hands-on expertise in any accounting software.Strong experience in audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance activities.
