Financial Operations Leader

The company is seeking a strategic finance leader to strengthen its financial operations and support rapid growth.About the RoleThis position will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, optimize performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust financial systems, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across business units.Implement financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and transparency.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
