Responsibilities include:Collaborating with teams to meet application requirementsOverseeing the configuration processProviding technical guidance and team managementProblem-solving to ensure optimal application performanceBalancing technical and managerial tasks for timely project deliveryFacilitating knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilityMonitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business objectivesRole: Oracle BRM Functional ConfigurationLocation: ChennaiShift timings: General ShiftYears of experience: 5+ Years of experienceRoles & Responsibilities:Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME)Manage and guide the teamLead team decisions and provide solutions for team and cross-team issuesEngage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisionsEnsure project alignment with business objectivesProfessional & Technical SkillsMust Have: Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional ConfigurationStrong understanding of application design principles and methodologiesExperience configuring and customising Oracle BRM applicationsAbility to translate business requirements into technical specificationsFamiliarity with Oracle BRM integration processes and toolsWe are Navigators in the Age of Transformation:We use sophisticated technology to transform clients into the digital age, but our top priority is our positive impact on human experience.
