Summary: As an Application Lead, the selected contractor will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with teams to meet application requirements Overseeing the configuration process Providing technical guidance and team management Problem-solving to ensure optimal application performance Balancing technical and managerial tasks for timely project delivery Facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance team capability Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives Role: Oracle BRM Functional Configuration Location: Chennai Shift timings: General Shift Years of experience: 5+ Years of experience Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) Manage and guide the team Lead team decisions and provide solutions for team and cross-team issues Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions Ensure project alignment with business objectives Professional & Technical Skills Must Have: Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies Experience configuring and customising Oracle BRM applications Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Familiarity with Oracle BRM integration processes and tools We are Navigators in the Age of Transformation: We use sophisticated technology to transform clients into the digital age, but our top priority is our positive impact on human experience.
