Summary: As an Application Lead, the selected contractor will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with teams to meet application requirements - Overseeing the configuration process - Providing technical guidance and team management - Problem-solving to ensure optimal application performance - Balancing technical and managerial tasks for timely project delivery - Facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance team capability - Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives Role: Oracle BRM Functional Configuration Location: Chennai Shift timings: General Shift Years of experience: 5+ Years of experience Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Manage and guide the team - Lead team decisions and provide solutions for team and cross-team issues - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Ensure project alignment with business objectives Professional & Technical Skills - Must Have: Proficiency in Oracle BRM Functional Configuration - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies - Experience configuring and customising Oracle BRM applications - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Familiarity with Oracle BRM integration processes and tools We are Navigators in the Age of Transformation: We use sophisticated technology to transform clients into the digital age, but our top priority is our positive impact on human experience.
