Role Description
We are seeking motivated Team Leaders to join our office in Gurugram. As a Team Lead – Sales, you will be pivotal in driving team success by mentoring and managing a group of high-performing sales executives. This role demands strong leadership skills, a focus on achieving targets, and the ability to foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. Looking for immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Analyze sales metrics and ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and management to communicate updates, challenges, and strategies.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance.
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure effective resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team management within a sales or BPO environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results.
- Proven track record of achieving team sales targets.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience within General, Motor and Life Insurance will be preferred.
