Role Description

We are seeking motivated Sales Trainers to join our team in Gurugram. As a Trainer for the Sales Process, you will play a critical role in shaping the skills and capabilities of our sales executives. This role requires an enthusiastic and experienced professional who can design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to ensure team success and excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication skills, and process adherence.
  • Assess the training needs of individuals and teams to create tailored learning plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support employee development.
  • Collaborate with team leads and management to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training modules.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training roles within sales or customer service (preferably in a BPO setting).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training approaches based on team feedback.
  • Experience in Insurance industry will be preferred.
